What should I do first?
The first step is to create a user id and password with LearnerSoft system by Registering. Once your user id and password are confirmed (usually within 24- 48 hours) you can login and use LearnerSoft.
Do I need to pay for registering?
NO, registration and the initial use of LearnerSoft system are absolutely FREE. If you wish to continue the use of learnersoft, you can pay the subscription fee. Even if you wish NOT to continue, you will not be charged for the initial use.
Can I test drive or trial learnersoft before I pay?
YES, you can register and trial all course materials for your syllabus absolutely free. After that you can decide whether to pay the subscription fee and continue.
How much it costs to use learnersoft?
The cost varies from Rs.400/year for a subject to Rs.1000/year for all the subjects. Please see ‘Welcome to LearnerSoft’ section for a sample fee structure or contact us.
How can I pay for subscribing to LearnerSoft?
You can make the payment by cheque, DD or Money Order to LEARNERSOFT at the address listed on Contact US page. You can also make the payment via one of our representatives.
What if I do not want to continue to use LearnerSoft after registering and using it?
We are confident that you will continue to use LearnerSoft. However, for any reason, if you choose not to use learnersoft system, you can do so and you are not required to pay the subscription fees.
What is the subscription period?
Subscription period is usually for one year. You can subscribe for multiple years. 6 months subscription option is available through some select schools. Please contact us for details.
I have registered but I never received an email what should I do?
All user ids are confirmed and enrolled into appropriate courses within 24 to 48 hours. Please make sure

What if I don’t pay on time or my payment is not reached LearnerSoft on time?
LearnerSoft will wait couple of months for the user to use and familiarize the system, before making a payment request. You will receive multiple requests for payment before your user id is suspended. You can always send an email to
